SHIPPING: In canon, I'm absolutely partial to NagiReo, including the time during the rivalry battle arc (aka their breakup) and during EPISODE Nagi (pre-Blue Lock shenanigans).
For cross-canon, it'll be hard to get his mind off Nagi, but I can work something out.
PERSONALITY: From the wiki: "Reo is a very charismatic, sociable, and joyful teen. During his high school days at an elite school, he had lots of friends, was fairly popular and had many admirers. He was also the top student and participated in many sports activities. However, he found his life to be boring because of how easy it was and how he got whatever he wanted so he decided to carve a path where he would have to fight for what he wanted and prove his existence and so he found satisfaction in playing football to obtain the coveted World Cup and would do anything he could to win, like paying and babying a natural genius like Nagi to get further in football."
Reo is a super rich sole heir of a gigantic conglomerate, and he's not oblivious to what this influence and power means in terms of forming relationships with others, so he uses this to his advantage. He's aware that being nice and showing leadership is just as important as having money and power, so he uses his intellect and observational skills to ensure that others look up to him and see him as someone reliable. Meeting, falling for, and consequently losing Nagi gave him a crude awakening, however. Reo fell hard and fast, even though Nagi has an indifferent personality by default. When Nagi decided to team up with Isagi instead of Reo, all hell broke lose. Reo had never been cast aside by someone he cared about so easily, so he went through the five stages of grief, both claiming to hate Nagi (and even Isagi whom he blames for stealing Nagi away) and staying loyal and unable to move on from him, as shown in how easily he takes Nagi back the moment Nagi utters one nice word to him. Yeah, he's aware he has issues.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: He has 99% perfect specs in everything soccer related and is adept at copying others.
